Staying near Marble Mountains or Non Nuoc Beach
The beach south of the city, around Marble Mountains and Non Nuoc, has the big resorts such as the Hyatt Regency and Sheraton Grand, plus smaller hotels and guesthouses near the mountains. The flat price of $12 covers any hotel in this area, so you do not pay more for a resort at the far end of the beach.

Staying on the Son Tra peninsula
The InterContinental sits on its own bay on the far side of Son Tra, so the last part of the drive is a winding road through the forest. It is priced as a separate route at $18 for a 5-seat car. Hotels on the city side of the peninsula, near Man Thai and the northern end of My Khe Beach, are only 15–20 minutes from the airport and fall into the cheaper distance bands.
While you are on Son Tra, the Lady Buddha at Linh Ung Pagoda is a short ride away and worth an early morning visit.
What is included in the price
- One price per car: a 5-seat car takes up to 3 guests with luggage, a 7-seat car up to 5 and a 16-seat van up to 12.
- Meet and greet at arrivals with your name on a sign, plus 90 minutes of free waiting for international flights and 60 minutes for domestic flights.
- Fuel, tolls and airport parking.
- Free child seats, bottled water, wet wipes and Wi-Fi in the car.
- No deposit: pay the driver at your hotel in cash (VND or USD) or by bank transfer.
- If your driver is more than 15 minutes late, the ride is free.
Airport pick-ups between 22:00 and 05:00 have a $3 night surcharge. A stop on the way, for example at a supermarket, is $4 under 30 minutes or $6 over 30 minutes.
Going back to the airport
The return trip is the same price. From Non Nuoc or Marble Mountains, leave about 3 hours before an international flight and 2 hours before a domestic flight. From the InterContinental, add another 15 minutes.
