There are three studios: Room 501 on the top floor with a city view, Room 101 and Room 302. Each studio is 35 m² with its own kitchen and a projector, and Rooms 501 and 101 also have a balcony and a private washing machine. Cleaning and a change of bed linen 3 times a week are included in the rent.
