These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website danangchillride.com ("the Site"), operated by Da Nang Chill Ride ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Site, contacting us through it or sending a booking enquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
1. What this Site is
The Site publishes travel information and personal recommendations about Da Nang, Vietnam — places to visit, food, activities and accommodation — and lets you send an enquiry to arrange a ride or tour around the city. It is an information and enquiry service, not an online travel agency, and no reservation is confirmed until we reply to you and agree the details.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to send us an enquiry or booking request.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of Vietnamese law;
- copy, scrape, republish or resell our articles, photos or guides without written permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server or any connected system;
- upload malicious code, send spam through our forms, or interfere with the normal operation of the Site;
- submit false, misleading or third-party contact details in a booking enquiry.
4. Booking enquiries and local providers
- Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. A booking exists only once we have confirmed the date, time, price and meeting point with you.
- Rides, tours and transfers are carried out by local drivers, guides and partners. We arrange the service and pass on your details; the provider is responsible for performing the service and for holding the licences and insurance required for it.
- Prices quoted are for the service described at the time of quoting and may change if your requirements change.
- Cancellation, delay and no-show conditions are the ones we agree with you when the booking is confirmed. Weather, traffic and road conditions in central Vietnam can force changes to a schedule; we will offer a reasonable alternative where that happens.
- You are responsible for having valid travel documents and insurance, and for following safety instructions given by the driver or guide during the trip.
5. Accuracy of travel information
Articles on this Site reflect our experience at the time of writing. Prices, opening hours, menus, addresses and business ownership in Da Nang change frequently. We make an effort to keep content current, but we give no guarantee that any information is complete, accurate or up to date. Always confirm important details — especially prices, opening times and safety conditions — directly with the business concerned before you travel.
6. Intellectual property
All text, photographs, graphics, layout and other material on the Site are owned by Da Nang Chill Ride or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may read, share links to and quote short extracts of our content with clear attribution and a link back to the original page. Any other reproduction, adaptation or commercial use requires our prior written consent.
7. Material you send us
If you send us a comment, review, photo or suggestion, you confirm that it is your own and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to publish and edit it on the Site. We may remove any submission at our discretion.
8. External links
The Site links to third-party websites, maps and booking platforms for your convenience. We do not control them, do not endorse everything they contain, and are not responsible for their content, products, services or policies. Some links may be affiliate or partner links; where that is the case it does not change the price you pay and does not affect what we recommend.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the Site available at all times, but we may suspend, withdraw or restrict access for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, without notice and without liability.
10. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Travelling, riding a motorbike and taking part in outdoor activities carry inherent risks, which you accept when you choose to do them.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Da Nang Chill Ride shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.
13. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Da Nang, Vietnam.
